These rules apply to the relations between NitroPack Ltd. and the participants of the NitroPack Memory Game at WordCamp Europe 2023 (June 8-10, 2023).
1.1. The sponsor of the memory game is NitroPack Ltd., located at 3 Prof. Georgi Bradistilov, entr. A, 3rd floor, Sofia, Bulgaria (“Sponsor”).
2.1. The Memory Game is open to attendees of the WordCamp Europe 2023 Conference in Athens, Greece, who are at the age of eighteen (18) and older. Employees of the Sponsor, its agents, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Memory Game.
2.2. By participating in the Memory Game, Participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions as established by the Sponsor. The terms and conditions may be amended by the Sponsor after the commencement of the Memory Game in the Sponsor’s sole discretion and without notice.
3.1. The Memory Game entails the gathering of contact information from the Participant. This information will be used to generate a winner and for subsequent marketing purposes.
3.2. The NitroPack Memory Game will be open from June 08, 2023, until June 10, 2023. (“Promotional Period”).
3.3. To enter the Memory Game, the Participant needs to fill out an online form during the WordCamp 2023 Conference in Athens, Greece. Participation in the Memory Game will secure the entrants a chance to win the following prize:
1x Samsonite Backpack
The participant is expected to identify 8 pairs of matching images correctly in the shortest time possible in order to win.
3.4. The Participant acknowledges that the Sponsor needs to gather and process the following personal data in order for the Participant to take part in the Memory Game: name, email address and telephone number. The personal data will only be processed for the purposes of carrying out the Memory Game, participating in the draw of a prize and marketing purposes.
3.5. The personal data you provide to NitroPack will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available here. The Participant can terminate this Agreement at any time by sending an email notice to [email protected] containing a request to terminate this Agreement.
4.1. The prize for the Memory Game is sponsored by NitroPack:
1x Samsonite Backpack
4.2. The prize will be awarded to the top contestant on the leaderboard provided by Interacty.me at 2 PM at the NitroPack booth at WordCamp Europe 2023. They will be contacted individually on June 10, 2023 via email or telephone.
4.3. The prize will be awarded to the winner at the NitroPack booth at WordCamp Europe 2023.
4.4. The winner is responsible for picking up their prize no later than 1 hour after receiving notice that they have won. In the event that the winner fails to collect their prize within the stated timeframe, NitroPack awards the prize to the second fastest contestant.
