You are also not allowed to bid on keywords and phrases containing the "NitroPack" trademark or any variations of the trademarked term on Pay per Click or Pay per Impression campaigns on the search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN, Ask, Bing).
The main difference is whether you manage clients websites and performance optimization directly for them or not and the monetization opportunities. The agency program is designed specifically for agencies and freelancers who install and configure NitroPack on their clients' websites, handle their billing and offer level 1 NitroPack support. Agencies get discounted NitroPack pricing and monetize from the markup they charge their customers for the service. The affiliate program is for folks who do not directly manage client sites. Affiliates monetize from an affiliate commission.
