NitroPack Black Friday Sale Campaign Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions (T&C, Terms or Agreement) apply to your participation in the Black Friday Sale Campaign (the Campaign) offered by NitroPack (we, us, our). The Campaign allows you (the Customer, your) to purchase certain NitroPack plans with a discount as set out in this T&C. The Terms and Conditions incorporate by reference our General Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
1. Campaign offering and availability
The campaign allows you to purchase any of the following NitroPack plans with a 20% or 35% discount. Purchases are made via the official NitroPack pricing page.
- Business Plan with 50,000/mo pageviews and 25GB/mo CDN bandwidth
- Growth Plan with 200,000/mo pageviews and 100GB/mo CDN bandwidth
- Scale Plan with 1,000,000/mo pageviews and 500GB/mo CDN bandwidth
The discount applies for both monthly (20% discount) and annual (35% discount) plan purchases. Plans purchased during this campaign will automatically rebill at the standard renewal rate the next billing period.
2. Campaign duration
The campaign will be available on the NitroPack website from Nov 17, 2023 till Nov 27, 2023. It is not possible to leverage the campaign after the expiration date.
3. Eligibility of the campaign
3.1. New customers
New customers can leverage the campaign by purchasing any of the discounted plans available on the pricing page.
3.2. Existing customers
Existing customers on the free, public monthly/annual and custom plans can purchase any of the discounted public plans available on the pricing page.
3.3. Exclusions and limitations
The BFCM discount cannot be applied to custom plans, including a single or multi-site plan and/or an agency plan.
Downgrades and existing plan extensions are not permitted with the BFCM discount.
Public plans are:
- Business Plan with 50,000/mo pageviews and 25GB/mo CDN bandwidth
- Growth Plan with 200,000/mo pageviews and 100GB/mo CDN bandwidth
- Scale Plan with 1,000,000/mo pageviews and 500GB/mo CDN bandwidth
4. Refer a friend
As part of the Campaign, NitroPack is offering our customers and site visitors the opportunity to participate in our "Refer a Friend" Campaign.
- Participants can refer a friend to enter a giveaway where both the referrer and referee have a chance to win a Scale Plan subscription for 12 months (the "Prize").
- To be eligible for the Prize, the referee must create a NitroPack account.
Each Participant may submit a maximum of 10 referrals for entry into the Campaign. Please note that only the first 10 referrals submitted by each Participant will be considered eligible for the draw. Any referrals exceeding this limit will not be counted in the draw.
The winners of the Prize will be officially announced via email on December 7, 2023.
Participation in the "Refer a Friend" Campaign is subject to our overarching Black Friday terms and NitroPack's standard Terms of Service.
5. Refund policy
Customers who purchased via the Campaign can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. If a refund is requested after the 14-day money-back period has expired, no refund is due.
Refunds are requested by sending an email to [email protected] and processed within ten (10) business days.
We will apply for any refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. NitroPack is not responsible for delays to refunds caused by processing institutions or expiration of the original payment method.
